Ever Green Nollywood actress Chioma Chukwuka –Akpotha has taken a double role in producing and starring in a Christian movie titled “On Bended Knees”
The movie which she produced alongside with Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen and Emem Isong is slated to premier on the 5th of May.The story line movie revolves around a certain Pastor Reuben (Seun Akindele) who has passionate about the things of God and & highly committed to the church, but his life style didn't go down well with his wife Kemi (Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha) who was forced to remind him that he is also a husband as well as a pastor.
Temptation comes in form of a dark, handsome stranger (Chet Anekwe), who becomes attracted to her. Secrets are opened, hidden pasts are unearthed and Reuben finds himself torn between his love for his wife & his devotion to the church. Who wins this epic battle?
